 I graduated from the Visayas state college of agriculture (currently Leyte State University), Baybay, Leyte, Philippines with a degree of Bachelor of Science in statistics. After graduation, I worked first as a statistical clerk at Twin Rivers Research Centre, Madaum, Tagum, Davao del Norte, Philippines. After a year I was promoted to statistician. TRRC is the research division of a group of companies growing bananas for export. I obtained my diploma in early childhood education from Montessori Centre International, London through their part-time centre in Jakarta. I also obtained my diploma in lower elementary education (6-9 years old) from North American Montessori Centre, Canada. I have also undergone the Montessori Centre International Trainers’ course and am teaching at the part-time centre in Jakarta. I am happily married to a fellow Montessori teacher and have 3 children. During weekends I am active at the church as a member of the music ministry, taking care of our song lyrics using Microsoft PowerPoint. I enjoy playing guitar, playing basketball, volleyball and badminton. I also enjoy corresponding with old friends via the internet.
